You’re a busy entrepreneur wearing all the hats and doing #allthethings in your business. An honest accounting professional will do a quick review of your numbers and tell you upfront which services best fit your budget without the pressure of an upsell.

Now, you may currently be at the point where you’re ready to seek some assistance. And if you are, my advice is to interview a few candidates to determine with whom you’ll have the best working relationship. It all comes down to skill, communication style, and accountability. You’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable about accounting for your business and industry, communicates in a method you enjoy, and holds you accountable in your finances.
